4. Two Core Certification Channels
4.1 Apostille Certification
Applicable to over 126 member states and regions of the Hague Convention, including EU countries, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR of China, and Hungary. It adopts a streamlined process with no need for double consular legalization, and is widely applied in company registration, academic credential verification, and police clearance certification.
4.2 Double Consular Legalization
For non-Hague Convention countries. Standard process: document notarization → authentication by the local Foreign Affairs Office → endorsement by the embassy or consulate of the destination country in China. This service covers all non-Hague Convention countries and is a mandatory procedure for foreign company registration and work visa applications.
